my child is 2and half years old he says only mamma papa and bua when he comunicate proper

A. Hai good afternoon !! Generally babies start speaking words around one to one and half year. By 2 - 2.5 years they small words ,ansswering/responding to our commands,ask needs,tries to talk or start conversation ,small sentences (just two words) . Observe baby speech,eye contact ,responding to commands,socialising if any delay then consult developmental paediatrician or speech therapist for assessment.
