Hello...my son is 2and half years old...but he is not talking...he spoke hardly 2 3 words like mumma,papa ,pani etc....need your suggestions plz

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 27 months old and he doesn’t speak properly but only monologues words like mamma and papa so see if he has a tongue tongue 👅 or some local tongue problems

Since these days no play school is operating due to which children are unable to meet other children. Thus speech delay is so much common. So for that you as a parent will have to interact with your child a lot and in a very clear tone so that he understands what you are saying and would imitate as he would grow. Good luck and take care
