my child is 25days old, the time he was born he was 3kg now he is not gaining weight, he is loosing weight, but let me also inform u feeding is on time, and he is intaking it, urine and stool is also on time no problem in it pls help me what can be the problem

A. Hello mom initially after few days of birth babies tend to loose some weight and then start to put on .. but if the weight is loss is very much difference then report it to the doctor
