Q.

My child is 24days old and he is not taking my milk. He doesn't suck my breast. I gives him cow milk. He drinks that milk please help .

A. Ur I was just a newborn child so sometimes kids take a lot of time to latch onto your breast so instead I would advise you to express your breast feed with the help of a breast pump and give it to a boil your child with the help of a feeding bottle and slowly gradually when your child is about 20 to 30 days then try to feed your child on to the blessed because that way your child is latching capacity will become better in a month and then your child will have no issues having directly from the breast

A. Give some tips that he can drink milk directly from breast. Mera milk bhi sahi ban raha hei but mera child suck nahi karta. I am very worried about it

A. Cows Milk is not good to be recommended at this age you should not be giving this mail to your child so early you should give it after your child completes the age of one year as of now if you have a good amount of breast feed then you can pump it and give it to your child with the help of a feeding bottle or give formula feed but not cows milk
