My child is 2 years old and I am following the below diet for him. Please suggest what more I can add/modify. Pre- Breakfast: 1 Cup Milk + Handful of dry fruits Morning Breakfast: Raagi Porridge / Wheat Porridge / Boiled Egg Lunch: Rice + Daal + Fish or Sabzi Evening Snack: Milk + Buiscuits / Poha / Upma / Shira Dinner: Moong Dal Khichdi / Daal Rice with Omelette / Fish

A. Hi the diet your are following is good. I would suggest that now give everything to your baby that is cooked in the home kitchen. And give your baby a glass of milk in the night. And give lot of seasonal fruits
