Q.

my child is 2 years and 7 months old. his weight is 13.6kgs and height is 96cm. but his hemoglobin is 12.3. his activities and growth is fine. pls suggest foods which can improve his hemoglobin level.

A. You Should give a beetroot spinach broccoli and pomegranate to your child on every day basis that’s a natural substitute that you can go for apart from that for any kind of tonics to your child you should take an advice from your doctor and a nutritionist would help you better on this issue
