my child is 2 years 7 months got mouth ulcer and acne from 2 day not eating applying gel asper dr. please advice #Vaccination

A. Dologel you can apply 3 to 4 times in the day especially half an hour before you give food to the child this will definitely help I have used it myself please give me complex supplement for at least a week to 10 days and fennel seeds water will also be very helpful
