My child is 2 years 3 months. For the last one week, he is showing frequent bowel movements but not watery. Before that, he has only one time pooping. Why it is and us there any medications for that?

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child banana and you can give cold lemon tea with bhuna hua makhane this will help to hold the stomach to certain extent and avoid the problem
