A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate, papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods sho7uld be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional aund energy requirements according to the age

A. No Don’t do that because this way you are actually give making your child eat whatever your child wants to be give proper food only and slowly gradually your child will it what you have to do it as of now share the same plate with your child that is going to help because what happens is when a child sees help mother or father is eating properly and enjoy they also learnt to do the same
