Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is du ti cold. Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .

Give Nebulisation to your child this is going to be a lot helpful because there Nebulisation really helps a lot in melting down the mucus and congestion down the chest and throat so that’s very very important you can ask your doctor and you can start nebulising your child
