my child is 13 months old and weight is 15 kg he is having fever since morning so I have him crocin 240 ds syrup but now it's evening his temperature didn't come down I m asking that is it the right crocin medicine according to his age or wat should be dosages according to his weight please reply or is there any other crocin please reply fast ??
