My child is 11months old and I have started cow milk little bit,and she is having constipation.What should I do?

Actually this is the side-effect of the animal milk that you are giving to the child it’s not advisable to be given under the age of one year or so and even after one year you should give it with dilute the milk if it doesn’t give it right now the best option for you is to pasteurise milk which could be like Amul Taaza or something
