my child is 11 months old, he keep crying by passing stool due to hard consistency. Now I started to give half gooseberry juice by mixing in his food once a time. Is there any problem by giving gooseberry daily?

A. Hello mom anything in excess is not good , if it has possibly started after consumption of juice then avoid for few days and observe the change. also would suggest to take care of her fluid intake and fibre intake . make fruits , vegetables a part of her diet and prefer home made foods and avoid packaged and ready to eat and refined foods
