Q.
my child is 1 yr 3 months old girl. she is having a habit of squeezing her body, hands and legs with stiffness. we are watching it from the beginning itself but we are thinking that due to tiredness and sleep she is doing like that. but nowadays when she is playing normally suddenly she lyes in bed and started squeezing her hands and legs. can u please tell why the baby is doing like that.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. such type of behaviour always decreases with increasing age of the child and it is very common behaviour at this age.
with proper diversion and getting the child engaged in another things will help in decreasingd such behaviour.
meet your doctor for more advice and also share the video of such behaviour with the doctor.
also see thatd the child is not having iron deficiency because that can aggravate this behaviour
