You give foods like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and Beetroot cheela, omelette, boiled egg, chicken soup, khichdi, dalia, pan cake, waffle, upma, idli-dosa with sambhar, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, seasonal fruits, mixed vegetable soup, poha and 550-600 ml milk everyday along with variety of fluids like water, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
