Q.

my child is 1 year 7 months old his weight is 11kg 300gms how can i increase his weight as he looks a bit thin what should be his Diet chart?

A. its ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

The Child is having more than appropriate weight according to the age of your child still if you feel that your child is looking thing then are you should increase the amount of protein into your child’s daily diet which is what is going to help but don’t think that your child is underweight it’s much more
