A. Hi, while teething they will avoid food on demand for breast feed. Give finger foods like a boiled potato sticks, boiled carrot sticks which they can chew which will help in soothing their gums. 8 AM-ragi porridge or any breakfast which you prepare at home make sure it is soft. 11 PM-any fruit purée 1 PM-lunch-rice, Sambar smashed 4 PM-fruit juice, milk shakes 7 PM-dinner-Idli, Upma which are light to digest. In between this you can also give fruit juice, buttermilk, lukewarm water, coconut water.
