Q.

my child is 1 year 1 month and 25 days old, yet her first milk teeth is not evolved. Is there any serious concern.

A. the maximum time you can wait is is till the age of 18 months at the first birthday the child's first dental visit should be done. visit a dentist .

A. hi well ,as such no need to worry as upper limit for teething is 15 or 18 months but as delay is caused by deficiency of calcium,I advise to give calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more to your child. avoid giving RO water give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
