my child is 1.9 yrs age . bt only tells mamma pappa and dada . is he having delayed speech? bt he responds very well with our instructions.

A. good evening nothing to worry about sometimes it can take even longer it does not mean that there is any kind of an issue just try to be patient make sure that you keep communicating more and more
