my child have red rashes in his face and body. Sometimes it is less sometimes too much

It’s Mostly due to eat I’m just going to advise you to keep your child mostly into cool temperature in the room when you can put on the AC keep the temperature somewhere on 25° fan also you can use if you want to but try to maintain a cool temperature in the room because if there is too much heat in the body kids normally end up having rashes like this
