Nutritious & Quick Foods: Give high-calorie foods like ragi porridge, soft khichdi, mashed banana, or boiled potato. These can be prepared quickly.
Hydration is Key: Check if the baby is passing enough urine throughout the day. Keep giving water, soup, or lime water in small sips.
Take Help from Others: Ask family members or a caretaker to feed the baby small amounts frequently while you are at school.
