My child has stomach ache and is sometimes mild and sometimes severe what and not eating any thing and feeling vomit sense if he eat something what should I give him to comfort

Could be a stomach issue as such
observe in case the child is passing gas a lot as such could be due to bloating
give ajwain or sauf water tummy time would also works
you need to identify if in case anything in particular he is eating or consuming that might be triggering the condition
