my child has not clear bowel regularly, He has given Mou Out powder frequently. kindly suggest to solve this problem, age of my child 5+ years

May be he has indigestion and tummy is not clear... Make him do duck walks to help him release the gas and consult ur pead .... He may suggest you medicine for coughing and bad tummy.... Till then give him easily digested food and also see he chews them properly and doesn't gulp it down
