Q.

my child has feaver from past 4 days , yesterday it got reduced but today again it's showing 102 , but has no other symptoms

A. good evening it seems at the child is having viral infection I would recommend that you should try to visit a doctor for a proper examination and start giving the medicine as prescribed to the child
