my child has constipation. she doesn't want to eat and drink anything. what food should I give her for proper growth and development.

A. You can give Duphalac oral solution as per the age and weight of your child in a prescribed manner. Add ripe papaya in the diet of your child. Give fibre rich foods such as spinach, cauliflower and oats to your child. If your child drinks too much milk then check the consumption.

A. For constipation related issues first you should give a laxative to clear the system with which only the child will learn better and there is no particular definition of food you should give all the foods what you are eating every day at home just make sure to give plenty of fluids fibres to the child in general give prune juice about 30 ML to 60 ML in the night before sleeping apply a drop or two of castor oil in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water you can make your child set it to malaasan
