my child has completed 7years, she was suffering from white spots on face plz advice me which type of medicine required

And also rule out that these are since birth or after that.
If not since birth then
These patches may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial) in origin.
Need to examine ur baby
Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way.

Trapta GoyalTrying To Conceive2 years agoA. these white spots are mostly sequeal to viral diseases..so use a good moisturizing cream over face 2-3 times a day ..also do deworming of kids with paediatrician prescribed medicine..
