A. Adenoid problems in children can sometimes be managed with medication, but it depends on the severity of the condition. Treatment Options: Mild Cases – If your child has mild symptoms (like occasional nasal congestion, snoring, or mouth breathing), doctors may prescribe: Nasal steroid sprays (e.g., Fluticasone, Mometasone) to reduce swelling. Antihistamines if allergies are contributing to the problem. Saline nasal drops to keep the nose clear. Antibiotics if there is a bacterial infection. Moderate to Severe Cases – If your child has persistent symptoms like severe snoring, sleep apnea, frequent ear infections, or difficulty breathing, medications may not be enough. In such cases: If medical treatment doesn’t help, adenoidectomy (surgical removal of adenoids) may be recommended. Home Care Tips: Keep your child's room humidified to prevent dryness. Encourage nasal breathing and teach them to rinse their nose with saline. Avoid exposure to dust, smoke, and allergens. If your child's symptoms are persistent or worsening, consult an ENT specialist to evaluate whether medicine will work or if surgery is needed. Let me know if you want more details!

A. If it is a minor grade then it can be treated with medicine but if the grade is heavier suppose it is an enlarged adnate or something in that case you may have to go ahead with a surgery because that is going to be the ultimate solution to the problem
