my child has a mild fever. not 100. he eats formula milk. but since a few days, after eating the milk spitting or sometimes vomiting.

A. Vomiting and spit ups are completely normal in this age due to stomach reflux and poor digestion so don’t worry about that it’s normal if the fever is there you can give to the child five drops three times in the day with a cap of six hours each you can give it four times in the day by taking the temperature from Time to Time
