My child has a cold and nose blocked at night and thick mucus comes in nose sometime

A. That means your child is genuinely suffering with cold only you should consult your doctor and help you with right medicines to follow to reduce down the issue that is there and also you can give steam to the child and also can use nasal drops if a nose that your child is facing
