A. At 7 years and 8 months, a height of 126 cm is within a normal range, but if you’re concerned about your child’s growth, focus on a balanced diet rich in proteins, calcium, vitamins (especially D and A), and minerals like zinc. Encourage physical activities like stretching exercises, swimming, cycling, and skipping to promote natural growth. Ensure he gets enough sleep, as growth hormone release is highest during deep sleep. If growth seems significantly slow or there are other concerns, consult a pediatrician to check for nutritional deficiencies or hormonal factors.
