ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. sometimes kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months..

Mostly the process can start any time after completing the age of three months but in some cases we can see that it can happen right before the time as well but that is not vilikku not be a problem because it is just maybe a month before or maybe 15 or 20 days before that’s completely fine
