AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello mama U should avoid giving packed powders as these are not good to give..These contains preservatives and artificial flavours that are not healthy. Better to give different homemade milk shakes , add dry fruits powder , haldi milk etc
