Q.

my child completed one year . He ie premature child . he is shouting but not saying any single word . Is this normal or any problem.

A. hi j by 1 year baby will be saying monosyllables atleast. it will improve eventually, and by 2 years baby should be able to follow simple commands and should speak 2 word sentences. by 3 years it's 3 word sentences. may vary a little

A. Hi parent as per your child age it is normal so no need to worry about this matters please spend more time with your child and take interest in your child activities please follow your pediatrician instructions very carefully
