my child can't feel pain when the insect bite or when we beat him lightly..he tolerate some kind of pain how is it possible...when he hungry lightly he doesn't cry. the pain or hungry is heavier than normal at that time he will cry what is the reason please explain

A. there is a lot of variation in pain threshold from baby to baby some babies may not be trying even after taking injections also there is lot of individual variation
