my child aged 5 yrs n 10 months has a cavity in her tooth i took her to the dentist after the examination she said we have to go to the root canal. Is that really necessary for a root canal ? any ways her tooth will fall down ..

A. yes it is necessary to get the rooth canal. depending on which tooth it is the teeth will take time to fall and the infection can spread. and you need to preserve the space for the permanent tooth also
