Include potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, banana, avocado, milkshakes with dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, beans, peas, sprouts, curd, buttermilk, coconut water and 550 to 650 ml milk daily.
