my child age 4 years 6 months but she not eat properly what can give her as a nutritional food

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, most kids at this age are fussy. The more your force feed the more she will refuse. Instead encourage self eating. It’s fine if she takes time to finish one meal but that’s how they will learn to regulate their hunger and let your kid decide how much she wants to eat
