my child after taking breastfeed goes to sleep . sometimes does not burp,but sometimes burp. But after some times milk comes out through his nose . What is the solution of it?

Okay so let me tell you there is a thing called stomach reflux which is common with kids as you know that they do not have proper digestion system and they cannot digest things easily which is why despite of feeding the minimal amount they can throw up like anything that’s because the milk is not getting digested in the initial time and it takes time so due to the reflux that is produced by the stomach stomach it’s common for them to vomit like this
