my child abhir almost 4 months old now. I am now suffering from lower breast milk supply. I am trying to feed my baby formula milk, but he is not taking it. could you please suggest something for this

A. Hello! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly the better milk supply. Include foods that have methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in the diet. Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
