Buy the age of 24 months your child should be minimum 12 kgs so you can calculate approximately 2 1/2 KG is your child is underweight and that’s definitely a be concerned so I would advise you that you should be to increasing our carbs and fats into your child’s daily diet and consult a nutritionist and smell
