my child 13 months old he is not eating anything no teeth

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello sir sometimes during teething kids tend to avoid solid food as the gums are sore and they apon when they chew. check if your kid is teething. if yes thn massage the gums with clean cotton cloth 3-4 times a day
