my child 1 year 3 months getting fever after 6 hr gap I will give paracetamol sirup after 6 hrs again fever is coming what can I do

A. ok. it may be viral fever. please give Paracetamol syrup in 6 hours n keep a track of his body temp. offer lots of liquids. if no improvement after three days, visit your doctor
