AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Breastfeeding mothers can face this problem. so it is important to take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby.. Also take adequate rest and sleep. Do not hold your baby for long hours. Massage ur knees and heel joints with warm oil to get relief from pain. use comfortable footwear..
