My Byby Is 5 months old and I am not feeding her my milk because I don't even get milk. So what I have to do

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, if breast milk supply is not sufficient to feed your baby, then you can feed formula till 6 months. until 6 months, you should not give any other top food.

Eventhough you have less breast milk continously make the baby suck your nipples ,it can really stimulate milk production. Drink plenty of water ,reduce stress level eat healthy...
