Hello ma’am Your child is quite underweight because by this age child should be somewhere on 10 to 11 kgs so I would just advise you to consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan as with that diet plan your child will gain all the necessary nutrients and supplements and will gain proper weight as per the age
