my brother son is 6 year old.when he ws 3 year he started eating thread clothes paper....sometime he eat sponge and cotton .plz suggests me some good medicine

A. hi your nephew is 6 years old now generally babies eat such thing either due to deficiency of some nutrients especially calcium or it can be merely a habit.if it's a habit speak with him,offer him rewards if he doesn't repeat such behaviour.
