my brother's son is 12 years old he is very intelligent and he speaks all and clear but he doesn't talk to others.is there any problem?

what you have described is totally normal and there is no need to worry regarding this. but if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you.

some kids can be shy by nature
it is normal
please don't force him
let him observe others and eventually you can see change.
encourage him to meet his friends , relatives but don't force .
