SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Wear fitted bras always you can also try sports bras . Also massage with olive oil everyday before bath. You can also use ice massage that will help. Do some chest exercises tht Wil also work and bring back the shape take care
