Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello! Regular cow milk can be given to the child unless if your child is allergic to it. Solids should now provide the bulk of the nutrition for the child. Focus on a variety of fruits. Vegetables and required proteins.
