my breast milk is watery... before i got thick white milk now its not like that and my baby weight also not increased... any food habit do i need to change

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom if ur breast milk is watery then increase the intake of fat and protein in ur diet.. milk,Paneer, curd, egg,pulses, chicken, soya, sprouts etc in ur diet for healthy milk supply. Take care and all the best
